How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund:

1. Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you used at checkout, or
2. Email us at support@grant-ready.lovable.app and we'll help you through the process.

After the 30 days

After the 30-day window, refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis at our discretion. Subscriptions can always be cancelled at any time — cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period and you will not be charged again.
